Wedding Partial Package

*   Six months before the wedding date to have first meeting with couple
to discuss wedding plans and sign contract.
*    All vendors are hired by couple with deposits already paid.
*   Wedding coordinator will guide you through the planning process while sharing local
vendors information while YOU take control and plan the main elements of your big day.
*   One month before wedding date, wedding planner to confirm all vendors are in play.
*   Assistance in obtaining your marriage license.
*   Organize and coordinate the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at location
already prearranged and designated by couple.
*   Day of wedding coordination and organization of the flow of the wedding from
the beginning to the end. (Includes 8 hours – extra charges will occur after 8 hours)
*   Working with couple to plan day after celebrations (lunch, gift opening)
*    Assistance with any wedding related questions you may have or any additional
wedding services that you may need.

Sapphire   –   up to 10 guests    
Emerald    –   up to 25 guests    
Ruby          –   up to 40 guests    
Diamond   -    up to 100 guests
